🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

At Bundu Brushcutters & Garden Equipment, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

📦 Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as received

👉 Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns.

⚙️ Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange:
    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Or refund (depending on the situation)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used equipment
  • Fuel-filled or oil-used machines
  • Electrical or mechanical parts once installed
  • Special order or custom items

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is faulty
    • The wrong item was supplied

🔧 Warranty

  • All equipment is subject to manufacturer warranties.
  • Warranty claims must follow supplier guidelines and may require inspection.
